Will this charm fit my phone?

Yes — it fits every phone and every case! The Charmwell charm attaches using two methods: the Thread Method (slide it through your side button's hole) or the Anchor Method (clip it on underneath). Just pick whichever works best for your model.

Which method should I use?

If your phone has a button with a hole (like the Camera Control button on the latest iPhones), the Thread Method is the quickest option. Otherwise, the Anchor Method works with any case — just clip it on underneath, no drilling and no extra accessories needed.

Our cases are designed to perfectly fit the Anchor Method: the attachment tab is built right into the case for a more secure hold and a cleaner look than with a regular case. The result — your charm stays put, even after being pulled in and out of your bag all day.

🚚 How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days after they have been shipped.

Delivery may occasionally take longer due to issues with the carrier, delivery conditions, or the destination.

Please note: order processing time is different from delivery time.

📍 Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, when tracking is available.

You will then be able to track your package until it is delivered. ♡

🔎 What should I do if my package seems to be stuck?

If your tracking information has not been updated for several days, please contact us so we can look into the situation with you.

Delivery times may sometimes be extended due to issues with the carrier or the destination.

📦 My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the package and the item you received.

We will review the situation and let you know what to do next.

🔄 Can I return my order?

Yes! You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be accepted, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and properly kept.

Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent any damage during shipping.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to contact us and request a return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept return requests after this period.

📩 How do I make a return?

• The item(s) you would like to return
• The reason for the return

We will then provide you with the instructions you need to follow.

Please do not send your package back before receiving our return instructions.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund in accordance with our return policy.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
